Frequently asked questions
How do I get help with an order, ticket, or registration?
Email info@themldr.com with your order or confirmation number, the email address you used, and a short description of the issue. We reply to most messages within two business days.
I bought a ticket but did not receive the confirmation email.
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it is not there, email info@themldr.com with the buyer name, event, and email used at checkout and we will resend it.
How do I change my ticket or registration?
Email info@themldr.com with your confirmation number. Changes depend on the event and its published rules, and tickets are generally non-transferable unless we allow it.
How do refunds work?
If MLDR cancels an event, we refund or credit the amount paid for that event. For merchandise, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Full purchase, ticket, and refund rules are in our Terms of Service.
How do I change or reset my password?
Use the sign-in screen and choose the password reset option, then follow the emailed link. If the email does not arrive, email info@themldr.com from the address on your account.
How do I delete my account and data?
Open Settings, go to the Profile tab, scroll to the Danger Zone, and choose Delete Account. You can also email info@themldr.com to request deletion. See the Account Deletion page for step-by-step instructions.
How do I stop receiving email from MLDR?
Use the unsubscribe link in any non-essential email, or email info@themldr.com. Transactional messages such as ticket confirmations and receipts are still sent while you have an active order or account.
How do I report content or a user?
Email info@themldr.com with a link to the content and what is wrong with it. We review reports and may remove content or restrict accounts that break our Terms of Service.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. Payments are handled by Stripe and card details are entered directly into Stripe’s secure checkout. MLDR never sees or stores your full card number.
How do I become a sponsor, vendor, or host an event?
Use the Partner section of the app to choose an option, or email info@themldr.com and tell us what you have in mind.
