Delete Your Account

Option 1 — Delete your account in the app

This is the fastest way, and it takes effect immediately.

1. Sign in to the MLDR app on themldrapp.com or in the mobile app.
2. Open your account menu (your avatar in the top right), then choose Settings.
3. Stay on the Profile tab and scroll to the bottom, to the section marked Danger Zone.
4. Choose Delete Account.
5. Type DELETE in the confirmation box and confirm.
6. You are signed out immediately. Your account is closed and cannot be signed in to again.

If the button is unavailable or you cannot sign in, use Option 2 below and we will complete the deletion for you.

Option 2 — Ask us to delete your account

Email info@themldr.com with the subject “Account deletion request”, sent from the address on your account. Include your name and the email address you used. If the address has already changed or you no longer have access to it, tell us what you can so we can verify the request.

We may ask you to verify that you control the account before we act. We complete verified requests within 30 days, and we confirm by email when it is done.

What is deleted

• Every active, trialing, or past-due subscription, which is cancelled immediately before anything else happens.
• Your account and sign-in access, which is closed and disabled.
• Your profile details, including your name, photo, bio, city and state, favorite pilots and teams, and social handles, which are removed or anonymized.
• Your email address on the account, which is replaced so it is no longer associated with you.
• Your posted content — posts, comments, photos, messages, and chat — which is removed from public areas and from active systems.
• Your private preferences and notification settings.

What we must keep

Some records can be kept after your account is closed, because the law, tax rules, accounting standards, or the need to defend legal claims require it. These records are kept securely, are limited to what is required, and are not used for marketing:

• Order, ticket, registration, membership, and sponsorship records, including the items purchased and the amounts paid.
• Payment confirmations and transaction identifiers received from Stripe, so a payment can be matched to an order.
• Donation records and receipts, which must be retained for tax and nonprofit reporting purposes.
• Records needed to resolve a chargeback, dispute, or legal claim, and records of fraud or abuse prevention.
• Signed waivers and event safety records, where an event required them.

We keep these only for the period the law or our accounting practice requires, then delete them. They are retained in a form linked to a transaction rather than to an active account, and they are not used to contact you.

Deleting some data without closing your account

You do not have to delete your account to remove data. In Settings you can update or clear your profile details, and you can delete posts, photos, and messages you created. You can also hide your vehicle or entry profile by marking it private, and hide your email from public view. If you want specific information removed and cannot do it yourself, email info@themldr.com.
